• All equipment installed is provided by the company and subject for return upon termination of the account.
• Client should comply to any of price changes announcements due to market triggers.
• Damage or loss of equipment replacement/repair/reconfiguration due to negligence will be shouldered by the client according to its value.
• Client agrees to provide full access and authority to Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. Technical Specialist to the
premises to survey, measure, install, test, and service the equipment.
• Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
• Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. will not be held liable for any damages caused by the installation or relocation of units and other peripherals related to the project.
• The client must provide an approved final layout plan or location of the unit before installation.
• Free fiber cable installation is only up to 200 meters in length and the excess length will be shouldered by the client according to its value.
• Relocation, reactivation and re-installation of units have further charges and will be shouldered by the client.
• Parking space for Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. Vehicle must be available and provided by the client during installation or technical support.
• Jobs beyond scope of work are not covered in this project unless stated above (Painting, fixing ceiling, shelves, table, etc.)
• Prorated charges will apply whenever there are changes in plan.
• Payments 5 days beyond the due date without pre-notification will have a late fee equivalent to 1% of their monthly subscription with corresponding reactivation fee.
• Due date is every first day of the month and the first billing statement will be prorated base on the number of days in the cycle.
• All billing statement should be sent electronically and printed copy will only be available upon request.
• Temporary suspension of the account by customer request should be minimum of 30 days up to 90 days with 7 days’ advance notification.
(Early reactivation will trigger a reactivation fee)
• Convenience fee will apply for cash collector appointments.
• Cash collector appointments can only be set through customer service and can only be set 3 days prior to due date.
• Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. reserves the right to amend any of the provisions of any of the foregoing terms and conditions. Any such amendment shall take effect fifteen (15) days from notice to the Subscriber, through whatever means, or by posting at the pertinent Fiberbro website, official social media pages, etc. The continued use and availment of the pertinent Fiberbro Internet Service Corp. service shall give the undisputed presumption that the subscriber fully agrees and undertakes to adhere to such amendments.
